PBI desktop installation issue

Hi McFLY10 May be due to incomplete uninstallation or remnants of the previous installation that are causing conflicts. 

cache files remove it by press Win + R, type temp, and press Enter. Delete all files in this folder.Press Win + R, type %temp%, and press Enter. Delete all files in this folder as well.

uninstall all power bi related file by go  Win button+ R, type regedit, and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.

delete any related entries of installation.
