PBI desktop installation issue
Hi all, looking for some help here.
I have PBI Apr 2024 version installed however some cache files was removed while cleaning up C drive. Now I can't upgrade to the latest version. Some error pop up during installation. I've tried to remove all the related files from control panel and registry but got same issue.

Hi McFLY10 May be due to incomplete uninstallation or remnants of the previous installation that are causing conflicts.
cache files remove it by press Win + R, type temp, and press Enter. Delete all files in this folder.Press Win + R, type %temp%, and press Enter. Delete all files in this folder as well.
uninstall all power bi related file by go Win button+ R, type regedit, and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
delete any related entries of installation.
