PBI Visual That Best Replicates The "List" Element In ESRI's ArcGIS Dashboards

I need to create a visual for my dashboard that does everything the "List" element can do in an ArcGIS Online dashboard. ESRI offers the LIST element to create a filterable synopsis of each data point in a sort of formatted card, that shows field values, unique text, images, and more. The closest thing I can find in PBI to replicate the format & functionality of a visual like this would be the MULTI-ROW CARD? But with that, I don't have the option to format the data fields in any specific way with style and spacing, and not all the field values in a multi-row card show up (for me anyway) if I have more than 1 value to include in a field on the card.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY RECCOMENDATIONS FOR HOW I CAN BEST REPLICATE THIS KIND OF VISUALIZATION WITH THE SAME LOOK AND FUNCTIONALITY IN POWER BI?

The red box below is an example of the List element in an ArcGIS Online dashboard, and here is the link to that DB for browsing reference: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/7edefc1970d44b839ebbfd7b45e51e2d

Thank you to anyone who can help me, I've been struggling with this for a really long time now!

I am also struggling with this same exact question! I came across a dashboard I believe was made in PowerBI, that I think best replicates the list element in ArcGIS (https://dashboard.nps.today/shared/e4deccae-2ad5-487f-8c4b-08b0fc0b91ca). However, I can't find anything myself to use within PowerBI. Please let me know if you do find the answer!
