Hi , @ryaramolu6464

According to your error message, I can understand that what you encountered is a startup problem of Power BI desktop. Generally speaking, for this kind of error, our team has encountered the same case several times in the past two months. In summary, there are three Possible and potential solutions:
1. The first is that some internal components of your Power BI desktop are missing or damaged after the system update. You can try to uninstall desktop and download and install the latest version of desktop:

Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center

2. The second is that some anti-virus software or firewalls are installed on your computer, which may prevent Power BI desktop from starting. In this case, you can try to temporarily close all anti-virus software and firewalls running on the computer, and then go to Right-click the exe file of Power BI desktop, and set the compatibility as shown in the figure:

3. The last possibility is that the necessary Webview2 component is blocked by other processes when you run Power BI desktop. In this case, you can directly try the following two methods to disable or uninstall the Webview2 component to prevent the desktop from failing to start. Possibilities:
• Uninstall the webView2 component: enter the control panel, uninstall the program, uninstall Microsoft edge web view2 Runtime

Disable webView2 component: add system environment variable, "PBI_enableWebView2Preview" : "0".

Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!

Best Regards,
