PBI Table Caluation menu

i am trying to recreate a tableau dashboard i have in PBI.

 

one one of the measures uses a table calculation. is there an equivilant in PBI?

 

Below is the menu in tableau i am referring to.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    I haven't used Tableau. Could you please explain the logic of this formula? In that case i might help you conavert it to DAX.
