PBI Scenario Manager for Formattings?

Hi,

Could I please kindly check any of you here if I could do scenario manager in Power BI in terms of numerical presentation display?

For instance, I need two different views and it can be interacted with 2 different buttons i.e. no decimal points and two decimal points.

How do I go about applying them to the PBI report and connect the changes to the 2 buttons; and without my users manually changing the settings from the Visuals? Ideally, one click of the either buttons to show different decimal points.

Thank you.

Hi @DeltaZero ,

As far as I know, Power BI doesn't support us to do this by SWITCH() function. The calculation in Power BI is based on columns, so there will be only one data type for a measure or a calculated column. You couldn't show different data type by one measure. Here I suggest you to try calculation group by third party tool - Tabular.

Install Tabular Editor

Any help please? I was wondering if I can use SWITCH() as part of the formatting?
