PBI File together in App
Hi Anonymous
I’ve updated my answer below with your reply.I double-checked this for you . Power BI Apps cannot merge pages from different PBIX files under one single report node. They can only include whole reports.
But you can still group them visually using App Navigation + Links:
- In App >> Navigation, create a section (e.g. Sales + Inventory).
- For each page (M1, M2, Raw1, Raw2), open it in the Service and copy the full URL.
- In App navigation, click + Add >> Link, paste the URL, turn on Open link in app, and name it properly.
Here’s how it looks once done:
Video reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOAAVP0NhcQ
This way, your users see one section with M1, M2, Raw1, Raw2 inside it, and when they click, it opens directly to those pages even though they are in different PBIX files
