PBI File together in App

I've PBI File

Sales.pbix > page > M1 & M2

Inventory.Pbix > Page > Raw1 & Raw2

when I publish in workspace >> Power BI App > it will show like Sales under M1, M2 pages respectively

                                                                           > it will show like Inventory under Raw1, Raw2 pages respectively

I want in App 'Sales New' Under M1,M2, Raw1, Raw2 or 'Sales' under also fine for all 4 pages.

I don't want to re-create all 4 pages into one PBIX File since the file size very huge datasets and multiple filters, mapping and etc...

Any suggestion, Under Power BI App move PBIX File.

Hi @RajK2

I’ve updated my answer below with your reply.

I double-checked this for you . Power BI Apps cannot merge pages from different PBIX files under one single report node. They can only include whole reports.

But you can still group them visually using App Navigation + Links:

  1. In App >> Navigation, create a section (e.g. Sales + Inventory).
  2. For each page (M1, M2, Raw1, Raw2), open it in the Service and copy the full URL.
  3. In App navigation, click + Add >> Link, paste the URL, turn on Open link in app, and name it properly.

Here’s how it looks once done:

This way, your users see one section with M1, M2, Raw1, Raw2 inside it, and when they click, it opens directly to those pages  even though they are in different PBIX files

Publish both PBIX files to the same workspace, then customize the Power BI App navigation to group all pages (M1, M2, Raw1, Raw2) under one section like "Sales New." This way, you keep files separate but present all pages together in the App—no need to merge large PBIX files.

Hello @RajK2

I'm afraid in Power BI Apps, there is no way to merge report pages from different PBIX reports into a single navigation section. Each PBIX report you publish is treated as one unit inside the app, but you can always create a custom folder (for example "Sales New") and place both reports under it, this way at least they’re grouped under one folder instead of two and look like they are from one pbix.

But if in your situation, i would also consider connecting to both published datasets (in your case Sales dataset and Inventory dataset) and creating a new PBIX, recreate only the navigation by copying visuals/pages, not the data model. This way i would be able to put all 4 pages in a single report and give users a unified user experience.
