PBI Desktop error

Hi All, My computer has a windows 7 32 bit operating system. I installed the Power BI Desktop successfully. But, when I open the PBI Desktop, it gives the following error. Please help.

Thanks for your reply. I have installed the required DLL. Now it gives the following error.
