PBI Desktop data load stops at a certain amount of data from Blob storage

I have 70+ CSVs in blob storage. I am trying to load these into PBI using "combine files" and in powequery everything looks good. I close PQ and load in PBI and it always gets stuck on the "refresh" dialog box when loading the data at the 127mb mark (about 1.5GB of files are in blob storage)

It doesn't seem like a timeout as the data loads super quick up to the 127mb mark and just stops, every time I click refresh. 

Maybe there's an inconsistency in one of the CSVs, If that's the case it should still load but say there were "x errors" in PQ. how can I troubleshoot this and load all data?

Thanks, I've raised a ticket. 

I have now noticed that if I wait long enough (say, 10-20 min) it gets past the initial "hang", loads a few more MB (maybe up to 100mb) and then hangs again for 10-20mins. 

I've removed all files exept for 2 CSVs of which total about 3mb. They take about 20 mins to load with the hangs. It happens on 100mbit connection and also on a mobile connection, so networking is not the issue.
