Hi All,
I have a dashboard that I have published and shared with couple of users in my organization. I realize if I make any change in calculation of measures It didn't get updated in published dashboard with data refresh through on-premises gateway and there is no way to change measures in web version of Power BI. The way I can do that is publish and overwrite the dashboard through my Power BI Desktop. My question is If I do that do I have to re-share with everyone or would it get updated without end users knowing that It was overwritten by a latest version.
Thanks for your help in advance.
Regards,
Moez
Hi @moezsajwani,

No. You don't have to re-share dashboard. Based on my test, if we modify the measures in desktop and re-publish report file to service to overwrite the original one, the dashboard will update automatically on both your side and end users side.
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
