Microsoft EmployeeOverview of all chart types
Hi I'm new to Power BI
I'm looking for an overview of all Chart Types with examples.
Like
- Map
- Bar Chart
- Etc.
Is there a single source to find all chart options available.
Thanks
Sean
Hey mcgvienna ,
my favorite sites are
SqlJason visualization gallery that provides an awesome collection of visuals in action:
http://sqljason.com/2018/12/financial-times-visual-vocabulary-power-bi-edition.htmlAt the end of this site you can download a pdf that provides a good overview:
https://www.sqlbi.com/training/data-visualization/
and of course the awesome gallery of by stretcharm not that far away:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Data-Stories-Gallery/PowerBI-Custom-Visuals/td-p/724185
It's not the "single point of truth" you are looking for, as far as i know this does not exist currently.
Hopefully this provides what you are looking for.
Regards,
Tom
