I want count of OVERDUE tickets
I have a Column Name Status description and OWNER
I have to count Overdue Tickets By Owner
(OVERDUE = not equal to closed and not equal to Duplicate)
How to Create any ideas?

Add Owner and StatusDescription (renamed to Overdue) to a table. Aggregate StatusDescription by Count.
Add StatusDescription as a filter to the visual. Select all StatusDescriptions except Closed and Duplicate.
