Origin NAV onPrem Autentication Issue

Hi,

I have worked on some Power BI Desktop boards which I've succesfully published to be viewed on line.

The data origen are from NAV 2016 on prem, using OData service.

At this point we had no problem in any conection or publishing the data.

Those boards should be refreshed automaticly, to do so we aquired a Pro licence.

Here started the conection issues:

I've been using this Odata URL in Power BI desktopt  Odata http://8x.xxx.xxx.xx:9048/MyDataBase/OData 

But when I try to use it on line I get those errors (sorry, they are in spanish):

when I try to log in with the same credentials... I get this error.

I always get this error, but I get access when I write the URL in a web broser after using the same user and password.

Could anyone help me with this problem?

Hi @betea ,

I check your requests trace log and find it shows credentials error, please double check and update your credentials to instead valid credentials. Then have a try.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.

Also is there a need of Gateway ?
