Org Charts in Power BI

Hi,

I am required to create org charts in Power BI. I tried exploring 2 options:

1. Using In-built org charts template - This has a lot of restrictions. I am not able to see advanced option to update code of increasing spacing between the nodes etc. Is this because of some access restrictions? Or there is no way to update the in-built templates?

2. Using custom visuals like Hierarchy - I can't see an option to enable 'custom visuals' within Power BI. Is this also because of some access restrictions. 

Does any one know any better way to create automated org charts for around 1000 colleagues. I need options to add multiple labes to the nodes with some specific color coding to the nodes. Thanks
