Order of Filters Applied

Hello all,

I'm trying to use two filters on a visual, but they aren't working together as I had hoped. I'm using a table filter to allow for a range slicer to filter the visual (see the calcs below)...

Table Filter = if('Calculations'[Order Qty Total] >= min('Qty Range'[Qty Range]) && 'Calculations'[Order Qty Total] <= max('Qty Range'[Qty Range]) , 1,0)

Qty Range = GENERATESERIES(0, 5000000, 10000)

... and I'm also using a Top N filter to be able to sort the visual down to show the top 10 examples of the category.

The catch is that the visual is showing the top 10 in the category first and then when I adjust the range slicer, it's only showing those in that original top 10 that are within the range, as opposed to filtering down via the range and then taking the top 10 from that.

How can I flip the order these filters are working on the visual or am I able to at all?

Thank you!

In order to better understand your demands and give the right solution, could you please provide some more specific information? such as your desensitized example data and a screenshot of your desired results?

Thanks for your efforts & time in advance.
