Oracle.DataAccess.Client not installed after install Oracle Client for Microsoft Tools (OCMT)

Hi

I follow these tutorial : https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-data-access-components/19.3.2/ocfmt/installing-configuring-ocmt.html#GUID-17C8932C-F2D7-4E25-9AA3-1BC56346AEF8

and

https://www.oracle.com/a/ocom/docs/database/microsoft-powerbi-connection-adw.pdf

I've installed OCMT but when I select Oracle connection always gives me that error.

Could you help me please?
