Options under More Options grayed out
Hello we have a report created by a prior user and need to allow the end users to Export data.
After downloading it from the Service and opening it in Power BI Desktop all of the options under the ellipsis "More Options" are completely grayed out and we cant find how to un-gray (activate) those again. Has anyone see this before?

Reports shared using Publish to web cannot be used to export data from visuals due to security and data protection limitations.

make sure you are using the latest power bi desktop version, if not then unisntall and re-install it
