Operation cancelled locking conflcts - power bi desktop

I have 3 million rows as per the slicer option and I get below error when I open the power i desktop , i am using direct query, is it because too much data ? The same is not happening in the power bi service, any reason why its happening in desktop but not service ?

what does it say when you "Copy details"?

Usually there are the more important information.

I also think you have to share the data model and tables. Usually it's otherwise not possible to detect the locking conflict.

copy details info is below, so basically i am using a hierarchy in a visual in  another page which was really taking a long time to load. Do you think the hierarchy caused this ? Do you also need the log and trace files ?

I deleted the visual that was using the hierarchy, and the hierarchy itself, and just added another dataset which has like 3000 rows, same error on the only visual my report has...data still 3 million rows for the slicer input selected
