Open a folder creds not working - local administrator

I have a server with folders of data that i am looking at.

I am trying to connect to the folder using the server local administrator account

the folder is shared, the administrator has full control

when i enter the credentials into power bi client, i get error

We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided

i don't understand, the account is local admin, and can access the folder with no problems

I test this in my environment, I have the same problem. So I suggest that you could open a ticket(https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/) for this problem.
