Open Power BI Sales Analytics for Dynamics Template app in Desktop

Is there a way to download template apps and open them in desktop to see the data model, measures, etc.? I downloaded the Dynamics Sales Analytics in the power bi web service, connected the app to my org data and it's showing me some useful information. I would like to use the app as a learning tool to see what type of techniques and formulas are being used. Any suggestions?

Oh just found a link where you can download.

But don't know how to connect it to org data source from the desktop app.
