Open Power BI Desktop report with parameters

Hello Power BI Users,

I need help with opening a report with parameters.

I want to open my report with a crosshair at a point with Y-Value and X-Value.

At best I can hand over my values per commandline. 

Is it even possible?

Here a little scatch how I want it to look: 

 The crosshair is not 100% necessary, a zoom would do the job aswell. 

Is there any way to make this happen?

If you apply parameter fitler to both fields that you have added in axis, you will be able to open the report based on your input
