Helper VOnly allow for some users possibility to deploy pbix which contains dataset (import / direct query)

For our Data governance policy we would like to allow only specific users (our data champions) possibility to deploy pbix which contains a dataset (import / direct query)
Do you know please if this feature exist ? or do we need to ask for microsoft improvement ?
At tenant or work space level
3 pillars :
- Create for each business a data champions team - OK done
- Retro doc each dataset on PBI service - OK done
- Limit pbix deployments which include dataset only to some people (data champion) - Not shure this feature exist

Bamak , In workspace if make users viewer, they can not publish. create email enabled list and manage

I don't want to prevent the deployment of pbix for some users
We just would like to control pbi deployments with the built-in dataset (import and direct query)
Avoid 2000 datasets "in the nature"
Everything is possible for reports connect live to DS

We just would like to control/restrict pbix files deployments (from desktop) with the built-in datasets (import and direct query modes)
Authorize pbix deployments on import & dq mode only for some users
Avoid to get 2000 datasets "in the nature"
