If I have this data - how do I get a table that will only SHOW Duplicates   Guest ID      Guest                   Start Date             End Date          MRNumber 123456       Sue Smith          ...

    Hi, you can use this calculated column to Mark the duplicates.

     

    Duplicate =
IF (
    COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( Table1; Table1[GUEST] = EARLIER ( Table1[GUEST] ) ) )
        > 1;
    "YES";
    "NO"
)

    The next Step will be apply a filter in the visual.

Solution DOES NOT WORK> can't use semi-colons. Only Commas. Also, get an error on the 

EARLIER ( Table1[GUEST] )

Maybe ease up on the intensity/outrage of your reply a bit? I'd really hate to see people being discouraged from participating due to getting yelled at if they make a mistake.
