Online Project Not Refreshing

When I create a report in the desktop application I am able to refresh the connection to the database and collect new information when pressing refresh. However when I publish the report to Powerbi.com It does not refresh when selecting the Refresh button.

What can I do to fix that?

Thanks!

Refresh is currenlty down for me. Perhaps this is an issue. I have filed a ticket but have not received a response. I have also created an "Issue" in the Issue Forum. Perhaps you could swing over there and vote one it.

Depends on what the source is. If it's an on-premise database you will need a data gateway set up. Also when online you need to refresh from the dataset, not the report.
