Online PowerBi designer tool bar is disabled as shown in the` screenshot, like Open data model and Refresh features are disabled. Don't know what's wrong with it.
I have Power BI Pro license as I have Office 365 E5 subscription, don't know it is because of license subcription.

Unable to refresh or access the semantic model, which may be due to a lack of necessary permissions. You need to have at least edit permissions on the semantic model. I recommend checking your permissions for this semantic model or requesting the admin of the semantic model to grant you edit access.
