I can get the following picture:
City Computer Sum of Count Sum of I Sum of II Sum of III
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ottawa A 2 0 2 0
Ottawa B 1 0 0 1
Toronto C 4 2 1 1
Toronto D 3 3 0 0
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total 10 5 3 2
How can I make two rows with Ottawa grey background, two rows with Toronto blue background?
If you're using the regular table visual, then you can format each cell (column) based on the value of the city. Unfortunately, you'll need to format each column separately.
I will reorganize the question.
-------------------------------------------------------
City School number of Professor number of Parties
Toronto A 20 2
Toronto B 15 3
Toronto C 30 4
Ottawa D 18 2
Ottawa E 24 3
Montreal F 18 2
Montreal G 16 2
Vancouver H 17 3
Hamilton I 18 4
My report is the above form with background colors. There are 5 cities. The colors should be A, B, A, B, A
But If we use filter, If only four cities show up, the colors should be A, B, A, B
If only three cities selected, the colors should be A, B, A.
Can we make it?
