Dear Kudos...
I have one slicer that selects Currency.
I would like to make 4 different graph that shows different exchange rate by selected currency.
For example,
if I select USD to EUR, AUD, GBP, JPY and CNY
I would like to show 4 different graphs show different graphs for each currency.
Alphabetic order is fine for me, so...
Graph 1. AUD
Graph 2. CNY
Graph 3. EUR
Graph 4. GBP
and JPY does not need to be shown.
Is there any possibility of showing graphs like this?
Yes, it's possible to create multiple graphs based on the selected currency using a slicer in Power BI. You can achieve this by creating separate visualizations for each currency and then using a slicer to filter the data accordingly. Here's how you can do it:
Load Your Data:
Create Slicer:
Create Four Different Visualizations:
Filter Visualizations Based on Slicer:
Arrange the Visualizations:
Exclude JPY:
Test the Slicer:
If you find this insightful, please provide a Kudo and accept this as a solution.
Dear Devesh_gupta
Thank you for your kind advice.
Because I have over 10 currencies in my table and want to make a random selection to compare the changes in the exchange rate.
So I need a solution for randomized selection...
Can you please help?
@Young_G_Han You can follow step 2 of the above solution and create a slicer to randmoly select the currency that you want to convert. I think step 2 is doing this task for you and the four different graphs are showing the 4 currencies to which you want to see visualization.
Dear Devesh Gupta
Thank you.
Because the solution is required for users who don't have any idea about the BI. It must be automatically working.
anyways, thank you.
