One Drive Business cannot be opened on Power BI web

Hi,

 

I am a newbie on Power BI and trying to connect MS Excel file from One Drive business on Power BI web but encounter below message for few days already:

 

OneDrive for Business

We're setting things up, which typically takes about 30 minutes, but may be longer. Please check back later.

 

Now, I am unable to import/connect MS Excel file into Power BI web.

 

Any solution?

    Hi Nigel_2020 ,

    I have tested it both in Power BI Desktop and Service. It is available in my sample.

    Do you open a new file to connect OneDrive for Bussiness by web in Desktop? Or do you get data directly in Power BI Service (https://app.powerbi.com/home)?  If you tried the second way, please reference the document: Use OneDrive for Business links in Power BI Desktop to try again and then publish it to Service. In this way, you also can transform your data with M or DAX in Desktop.
