On Time Delivery % and Average Lead Time by Days support needed

Hi,

I've tried to achieve the results in the pictures below within the attached dataset, I've not been able to manage it yet. 

I've been trying to calculate the average lead time in days per reported date and then the on time delivery performance per reported date.

Would someone be able to advise how I could achieve this please? 

The images below area snippet of a matrix table of what I need my report to display but my dax code doesn't come to the same conclusions as the information below.

Could you please explain more about the definition of "Average of LeadTime" and "OTD%"? For example for the data "21/07/2023", how to calculate the "Average of LeadTime" and "OTD%" in words.
