On PremiseOData

Hi All,

I would like to give me advice on on premise OData which is created in Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2013. 

1) local/LAN

I have link as http://localservername:3048/NAVService/OData/Company('companyname')/QueryObjectType

By using above link i tried to get Datasource OData Feed in Power BI Desktop. It seems not working.

2)public/WAN

Also i am planning to publish OData link in PowerBi Service for external user access using public ID.

How can we securely publish all OData service from premise
