Old Versions PBIDesktop
Hi,
I am working with a client who operates on Power BI Desktop version 2.69.5467.1251 (May 2019). I have created boards on my version .83.5894.961 (July 2020) and need to backroll so that there's version matching... Is there anyway to download old Power BI Desktop versions to copy over the created custom visuals?

Just check the following link for older versions of power BI desktop downlaods:
Just scroll down to the end of each Month update version, you will have a downlaod link there.

Copy-paste can be tried but how will you run two versions on the same machine. Also, I doubt the July file will open on may release.
