Odata Feed with Archer App

Hello experts,

I have a problem when I try to connect to an API that points to an Archer application.

I access the application on the web without any problem.

Is there anyone who has ever tried to connect Power BI with Archer and had the same error ?

Thanks,

Marouane

Hi @Bsim89 !

I'm also using the content api to connect to a Archer Feed.

There's a few takeways and configurations that may bring different results from our application intead of yours, but the steps that worked for me were:

  1. Connect trough a OData Feed Connection
  2. Use a Basic authentication method
  3. In the username you should use literally "session-id", nothing else
  4. The password is the Session Token generated by the Archer application. Here I also suggest that you create a specific user to powerbi and configure to return a fixed Session Token, otherwise I'll have to generate another one every time.

Here are two links that may help you

Hope it helps.
