Hi,
A customer notified me about this problem.
His setup: SQL Server 2012 with SSAS MD Cubes.
Connecting to the AS Instance is working perfectly (with the "Import Data" option ofc)
In the Navigator window I can see my cube project on the AS Instance
However when I drill down in my cube project and look at one cube I get an error saying "Object reference not set to an instance of an object", all other cubes are working fine.
I tried accessing the "faulty" cube via Management Studio but there it's accessable and queryable, so the cube isn't the problem.
I think it occurs because Power BI doesn't recognise something in the cube model.
Does anyone else encountered this error and managed to solve it?
Would be great if you could share 🙂
Regards,
Kevin
