Hi Ciano ,
We need more details to clarify your scenario, for example:
1. What's your data source?
2. Is there any error in Power Query?
3. Does such error occur in Power BI Desktop or in Power BI service?
4. What's the version of your PBI? You may use another version to have a try again.
In addition, you may go to File | Options and settings | Options | Diagnostics to collect some information.
