    HI Anonymous

What is the version of Power BI business users are using.

To check go to Help --> About

Update to the latest Aug-2020 release and you will not get this error.

Anonymous - Make sure that the version of Power BI that the business users have matches the version of Power BI that the report was created in. All all users seeing this or just some?
