ORA-12504

Hi, I have installed Power BI 64 bit in my desktop. My oracle server is 64 bit and i have 32,64 bit (earlier i had 32 bit client only) oracle client in my machine. In registry i have TNS_ADMIN added for both the clients.

I could not connect to oracle server.

Can you please help me?

Regards,

Murugesh P

    hi,

Thanks for your reply. the issues was very basic, i have inputed the oracle server name itself instead of instance name.
hope this woul be useful for somebody.

There's a link to install the 64-bit ODAC in this article, but try using the the second x64 option (and not the Xcopy option).
