OLEDB Connection using service account in Power BI Desktop

Hi,

I am trying to connect PI server using OLEDB connector from Power BI desktop  . I have downloaded and installed PI OLEDB provider required for PI server connectivity.

I successfully connected to PI server from Power BI desktop using windows authentication method . But when I use service account username and password to connect same server, I am getting below error message.

With the same service account , we can able to access data from PI server using PI Utility tool.

Is there an issue with service account or with Power BI desktop OLEDB connector?

Please help me to resolve this issue.
