OLE DB or ODBC error

I'm getting the following errors when I try refreshing my dashboard:
OLE DB or ODBC error: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040E4E

OLE DB or ODBC error: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040E1D

In power query there are no errors in the individual tables and everything seems to load correctly, but when I try to apply or run the refresh all the tables have one of the errors listed above.

From what I've been reading, this is likely due to a format mismatch. I've reviewed every column and everything is formatted correctly. I've also reviewed the applied steps to make sure the formatting is accurate and the connection too. This error came up when I tried refreshing the dashboard with new monthly data. I didn't have any issues running the upload last month. I'm not sure what else to try to troubleshoot at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

disable refresh and load for all tables.  Re-enable one by on and test each time.
