OLE DB or ODBC error

After data transformation, I get this error when trying to load the data. Power Query Keeps FIltering Rows Instead of Deleting them

    christeddy in this column (with the error), you are converting it to a number, whereas it clearly contains the text "A506401". Either fix the data at the source, or change the data type to text in the existing "change data type" step.
