OLE DB or ODBC error when refreshing

Hi, Im facing an error using the refresh button.  I'm now manually refreshing the individual fields but one of them is not working.  I'm facing DataSource.Error: Microsoft SQL: Conversion failed when converting the varchar value '_' to data type int. I really don't understand why as the person before me using the same system has been able to refresh the report.
