Hi all,
I am hoping someone may be able to explain an error that I am receiving that is a bit strange. I am using Power BI Desktop to connedt to Project Online. I am successful in connecting and bringing down data for all tables other than the Project table (which returns an OLE DB or ODBC (Data Source Error), Unable to connect to remote server.
I get the preview to load all OK, but when I select to load the details it bombs out.
This is bizare as it will load other tables with no issues.
Anyone have any ideas?.....This is doing my head in.

I've sen something similar to this with CRM Online data and in my case it came down to selecting less columns. You might try only importing a single column and see if that works. If it does, perhaps it is an issue with a particular column or the number of columns you are pulling down.

This is brilliant....fixed my problem.
thanks
