OLE DB or ODBC error: [Expression.Error] We cannot convert the value to type table

We are trying to convert JSON string to columns and everyting is text in it but still gives this error and not sure for which record it fails and why. Please let us know how to debug and fix this issue to import data.

we tried to replace the source in the code provided but still getting an error, it reads around 300 records give the below error

the JSON is valid, it imports around 30000 to 40000 rows and then give this error. we have around 100K plus JSON records to import and not sure for which record its failing and why its failing.

 

here is the sample for one record and like this we have 1000K plus json , it has description, family, main_family, name and unit columns.
