OLE DB or ODBC Error

Hi,

We are fetching Jira data to PowerBI using a connector.

Since yesterday, we are getting the attached error after loading some data.

There is no specific table as such in backend and we are unable to debug it.

Hello @MayurGaikwad!

I’d like to propose a solution for you, you may connect your Jira on-premise to Power BI with the help of our app - Power BI Connector for Jira: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221150/power-bi-connector-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overvie...it's available for Jira Cloud / Server / Data Center.

With our Power BI Connector, you will be able to:

- build reports based on filtering of Jira custom fields and Marketplace apps custom fields
- combine reporting on multiple Jira projects
- use different data sources in single analytics (Jira, CRM, ERP, ITSM, Financial management software, etc)
- create Jira reports in Power BI with built-in Power BI dashboard templates

- scheduled refreshes for actual Jira reporting.

Hi @MayurGaikwad ,
Based on the information you provided, the error indicates that the "clubbed_stage_table" table does not exist, which usually means that Power BI expects to find this table when trying to load the data, but actually does not. You can try the following: First, make sure that the "clubbed_stage_table" table does exist in your database or data source. If it doesn't, you may need to create it and then try to load the data in Power BI. The error then indicates that there is a problem processing the JSON string values. Review the JSON data you entered into the connector to ensure it is formatted correctly. Validate the JSON structure against Power BI's expectations for a particular data type or field. Finally, if possible, use the debugging tools or logging features in the connector or application for more detailed error messages, which may point to the exact cause of the problem.

Best regards,

Albert He
