OData feed for CBS data

The Dutch bureau for statistics publishes data about municipalities each year. This data can be loaded into Power BI using an OData feed using this url: https://opendata.cbs.nl/ODataApi/odata/85039NED. However, when I load the large typed dataset Power BI gives the following error:

The smaller dataset wijken en buurten actually can be loaded which has only 17618 rows.

Another thing to mention is that when I go to this link in my browser it gives the following error:

It seems like there is some restriction on some server. How can I solve this problem?
