ODBC on premises data gateway - Data source name not found and no default driver specified

I need to set up ODBC connection on on premises data gatway.   I get "Data source name not found and no default driver specified"

 

This is on the gatway:

 

DS Name:  ODBClive

DS Type: ODBC

Connection string:  dsn=webaddresslive.com

Auth Mehod:  Basic

UserName:  username

Password:  ***

 

 

I've been able to set up User DSN and System DSN ODBC Connection fine on local box.

 

When I try adding this to on prem data gatway, it fails to connect.

 

What am I missing here???

The 64-bit System DSN works well for me.
