ODBC error
OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
I get this error when i do changes in transform data / query editor and apply the changes. I have tried to put a timeout value to 40 but no success.
Please help.

Hi swaroopjk ,
What data source are you connecting to? Could you please share the applied steps in your Advanced Editor in order to make troubleshooting? And could you please also explain which step you are applying to get that error message?
There are two similar cases below, please check the solutions given there. Hope it can help you solve the problem too.
OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error]
However, I did a workaround on it. My query was merged with another table and that seems to be causing the error. Hence, instead of using merge, I did a LOOKUPVALUE function in the table instead to get the columns I needed and that seems to work out just fine. Not sure why the merge would cause the error, but LOOKUPVALUE was the only workaround I could think of.

The issue still persists. I have disabled the table which was getting data from a database and fater making chages and when I cloe and apply it i see the below error:
OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host..
All the .csv & .xlsx files sourcing the dashabord are stored in sharepoint.
One of the article on the internet suggested to change the text encoding format to 65001 or utf-8. I have tried both and it did not work.
Any help here?
