Super Userapplicate , Permission issue. Please check external connection are enabled from SAP Hana

I have looked into the links given, however the error still persists.
By "Permission issue" that you mentioned, does this mean that the SAP HANA side prevents me from connecting with the server? If yes, meaning that I need to contact SAP HANA person in charge and ask them to have a look?
