ODBC: ERROR [22P05]. Erro ao se conectar com fonte de dados ODBC no power bi desktop.

Estou fazendo uma conexão ao meu banco de dados PostgreSQL, atraves do ODBC do power bi, estou usando a seguinte string de conexão: "Driver={PostgreSQL ANSI(x64)}; Server= ip; Port= 5432; Database= db", consigo acessar o meu data base, porem ao acessar a tabela o power bi da esse erro: "DataSource.Error: ODBC: ERROR [22P05] ERRO: caracter com sequência de bytes 0xef 0xbc 0x9a na codificação "UTF8" não tem equivalente na codificação "WIN1252";
Error while executing the query
Detalhes:
DataSourceKind=Odbc
DataSourcePath=database=db_scrao;driver={PostgreSQL ANSI(x64)};port=5432;server=172.16.68.128
OdbcErrors=[Table]"

Ja estou com a versão do ODBC instalando tanto na maquina servidor quanto na maquina cliente, meu banco de dados ja esta configurado na codificação UTF-8. Me ajudem a resolver esse problema.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I see that you posted the same post before and it has resolved your issue .

"Try to hit on the "Manage DSN" Button and changing the driver from "PostgreSQL ANSI(x64)" to "PostgreSQL Unicode(x64)", then restart and check if it works ok."

Consegui resolver o erro.
Acessei o ODBC Data Source da minha maquina e adicionei o PostgreSQL Unicode, agora eu faço a conexão ODBC direto desse campo, sem precisar colocar string de conexão.
