ODATA Source sends two requests instead of only one

Hello,

I have odata feed as data source in my power bi dashboard (~270 MB). Since two days I cannot refresh odata feed, because apparently there are two concurrent requests that are sent to the server. I'm actually really confused, because we did not change anything in the dashboard and I don't have clue about why Power BI is sending two requests instead of one. Below there are requests from the server log.

"127.0.0.1" "NULL-AUTH-USER" "12/Dec/2018:15:40:32 +0000" "GET /xxxxxxx/xxx.svc/Infos?%24filter=Deleted+eq+0 HTTP/1.1" 200 11111111111111

"127.0.0.1" "NULL-AUTH-USER" "12/Dec/2018:15:40:46 +0000" "GET /xxxxxxx/xxx.svc/Infos?%24filter=Deleted+eq+0 HTTP/1.1" 200 11111111111111

Maybe someone had the same problem? I would be very thankful for any hint.

Best regards

Magomed.

hi, @Magomed

I have tested on my side, but not reproduce the issue.

I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support from Microsoft.

Best Regards,

Lin

Hi Lin,

Ok, thank you! I will do it.

Magomed.

Hi there,

we're seeing the same issue. Two requests for each ODATA request.

Has this been solved for you?

Cheers,

Phil
